Historically however we have found that the best way to attract new candidates is through our network of existing candidates and clients. Candidates who we have successfully placed are usually very keen to recommend us to their fellow colleagues, friends and family as are clients whom we have successfully recruited for.
High calibre people always seem to know high calibre people! We value referrals from our existing candidates and clients as it helps us to grow our business and provide a better service to our marketplace. Any placement we make from a referred candidate is of value to us so we like to reward those recommendations by way of our candidate referral scheme.
If we place them in a permanent, contract or temporary role you can earn £100 worth of gift vouchers on referring a colleague, friend or family member seeking a new job to Onyx Recruitment. To qualify simply refer someone who is not already registered with Onyx Recruitment. If we place them in a permanent, contract or temporary role, whereby the referred individual commences with their new employer within 6 months of being recommended to us, we will send the person who referred them £100 worth of vouchers from a choice of companies including the following; - Tesco, Sainsbury, HMV, Marks & Spencer, and Debenhams. This is conditional on the individual staying in a permanent role for 8 weeks and 4 weeks minimum in a temporary or contract role.
