The company is positioned to serve a host of markets and industries both in the UK and abroad and seeks a CIMA qualified, customer service focused people manager to fulfill these key responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting
- Commercial Analysis and Recommendations
- Transactional Finance Processes and Payroll
- HR Support / H&S
- IT Project Management
- Management of Warehouse Operations
- Legal compliance & contractual
Substantial finance experience in a company of a similar size is essential and Exposure to HR, IT management, Line Management and Sage 200 would be beneficial, together with an enjoyment of working in an engineering culture.
The successful candidate will have strong business acumen and be an organized individual with the ability to look for continuous improvement opportunities.
