Permanent HR Advisor - London
Salary: £35,000 plus car allowance
Qualifications: CIPD (or studier)
This FTSE 100 Professional Services business is recruiting HR Advisors to join their busy HR Function in locations across the UK. These are great opportunities for people who enjoy variety as the roles are project based involving some travel to client sites where you will provide operational HR Support to employees and Managers. You will also be encouraged to work from home one day per week to in order to carry out administration duties and any other ad hoc projects as required. The specific roles being recruited for now are; 1. Permanent London based role with travel around the Home Counties. 2. Permanent role covering Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas.
The successful candidates will be responsible for building strong professional relationships with management teams and on site employees and supporting them on all Employee Relations issues. You will be; Keeping all site employees appraised of current and new Employment Legislation Producing monthly HR reports and statistic for the HR Manager Addressing issues of high turnover, sickness and cost savings Seeking resolutions to Employment Tribunals and managing the process through solicitors and ACAS Active involvement in HR Projects for example, restructuring, change management and other Group HR initiatives Developing and maintaining relationships with local Trade Union representatives and employee forums Networking with the wider HR Team
To apply successfully you will have generalist HR experience within a commercial, multi site environment, be used to working on a variety of projects including TUPE, be a confident communicator and team player who enjoys new challenges and have an up to date knowledge of Employment Law. CIPD Qualification is desirable but not essential.
Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 pa + Car Allowance + Private Medical Care + Pension + 23 days holiday (rising to 25 after 3 years service and 27 days after 5 years service)
