This market leading FMCG based in South Wales is seeking a Commercial Director to lead and manage the International and UK Sales teams.
The ideal Candidate will be a credible individual, with recent experience in a similar role as part of the Senior Management team, who can demonstrate a successful track record of delivering increased sales and growth.

The role is permanent, paying a basic salary of £85,000 - £90,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits.
Interacting with retail buyers and responding to their needs whilst delivering profitable sales in line with those demands.
Consistently delivering increased sales and growth, sales forecasting
Providing a high level of account management
Leading the team, motivating, inspiring and persistently challenging to constantly improve and deliver.
Monitoring activity and results of individuals on a weekly basis.
Utilising large amounts of sales data and proactively monitoring competitor activity to identify opportunities for further growth in varied markets.
Analysing trends to ignite ideas and support development of future products.
