Working Days / Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, however, the candidate will require to be flexible as this is a standing role for all IT support in the business.

Description

This highly successful foods company based in North London is seeking an IT Manager to take on overall systems responsibility for the business to include the delivery of multiple, system related projects within the business. This could be anything from a complete project to update or replace a specific component of existing systems, through to the work-stream of a large business facing project.

Responsibilities

1st Line support.
Management of 3rd party providers.
Management and ownership of the IT budget.
Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success. Responsible for all IT request
Responsible for renewal, updates and upgrade for the Company’s software programs.
Ensure that employees are following computer use, information security and privacy policies.
Maintenance and ownership of IT related company policies.
Software and hardware support.
Local machine maintenance.
Server and back up monitoring.
Phone system maintenance and monitoring.
Continuous implementations of possible solutions.
Carry out testing.
ERP
Act as project coordinator for SAP changes or upgrades.
Query/Report writing.
Crystal/SQL report.
Supporting of the Business Analyst to ensure excellent data consistency.
Troubleshooting & solution finding.
Continuous improvement
Projects
You will be responsible for project management, change, implementation, budgeting the given project and planning as well as managing stakeholder and supplier relationships.
Liaise with 3rd parties or Group IT to deliver projects if needed.
Find solutions for certain issues arising on a daily/weekly or monthly basis.
Miscellaneous section:
Managing all 3rd party providers for fire alarms/security and CCTV systems.

Experience Requirements

Candidates must have a driving license as there will be occasional travel to sites
IT Users across the business - currently 95 employees in the business. The Operations team also uses the warehouse management systems; they will need support as well.
Ideal start date between 1st September to 1st October.

Skills

Regarding skill level, a degree is not essential, but the individual should rather be operationally minded and have good experience including a minimum of 2 years on: SAP Business One, SQL/Crystal reports, SAP Queries, MS 365 Administration, Back up management, Windows and iOS knowledge, Hardware, and software administration.
