National Accounts Manager (Healthcare / Pharmaceutical)

This exciting opportunity calls for an outstanding candidate to join on a permanent basis in the newly created role of National Account Manager for the Healthcare division. Delivering ambitious sales and profit targets and developing long term relationships with hospitals, laboratories, Trusts, Research facilities and Academic Institutions in the healthcare sector.

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

To grow selected speciality lines and develop New Product Lines in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing team by way of targeted approaches with referral influencers across all payor groups and internal audiences to ensure seamless customer experience.
Support & Develop a targeted growth referral strategy with revenue targets for selected specialties and consultants which incorporates key audiences such as primary care, physiotherapists, local businesses and other target audiences
Develop key internal relationships to support the growth of the specialty and design and oversee the internal approach in day to day delivery
Working with corporate clients and SMEs to build tailored packages and innovative solutions as part of the specialty growth strategy
Report weekly on activity planned and previous week outcomes to the Senior Management Team.
Identify new business and services to support the growth of the specialty plan
Be innovative in providing solutions for Customers and key audiences that build brand loyalty
Evolve the core strategy around National Accounts to achieve referral targets and revenue capture
Gather and report back market intelligence
Use CRM systems to ensure effective account management all of key relationships with stakeholders 

Experience Requirements

A proven track record of Sales, Business Development/ GP Liaison in a Healthcare setting (NHS/ Private, Clinicians, Dental, Laboratories, Academic Institutions)
Extensive experience of national account management within Healthcare and PPE, including major customer exposure, bringing with you a sound understanding of how to influence and win in these sectors.

Skills

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative without supervision and the ability to influence diverse sets of audiences.
You should have good numerical and analytical ability, strong prioritisation and time-management skills.
Proven experience of presenting to groups – GP’s, Consultants, businesses would be highly beneficial and demonstrable high level interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
